Front of House Receptionist

THE ROLE
As a Front of House Receptionist at Black Kite Studios you will be a key member of our Front of House team. You will ensure we deliver an unrivalled, first-class service and will make sure that the Studio is a vibrant, energetic, excellently maintained place for our Clients and Team. You will be the first point of contact for anyone arriving at or contacting the studio so having a friendly, professional and proactive approach is essential. You must have the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. You will enjoy going the extra mile, inspiring a positive and unique experience whilst at Black Kite Studios!

Your responsibilities include:
- Providing a 5* hospitality service for our clients and anyone attending or contacting the studio.
- Ensure that the studio is always maintained to the highest possible standards, liasing with external suppliers & contractors as required.
- Management of stock and supplies for the whole studio (and any events), requesting payment approval when necessary.
- Studio Administrative Support, including but not limited to:
- arranging travel,
- sending weekly/daily studio schedules and updates,
- meeting room booking and preparation,
- booking taxis and couriers.
- receiving and logging drives in and out, delivering them to the correct person without delay.
- management of Petty Cash & Starling account.
- purchasing studio equipment and technology as required.
- Invoice approval - Creating welcome packs for new Black Kite employees, replenishing stock when needed.
- Support the planning and coordinating of Black Kite social and client events.
- Keeping track of events / holidays / days to celebrate in the studio and arranging necessary treats / decorations / supplies. (Valentines Day, Easter, St Patrick’s Day, Ramadan, Chinese New Year etc.
- Developing, refining and communicating processes relating to Front of House where necessary.
- Work closely with the Production team and supporting with ad hoc admin duties
- Being a Black Kite ambassador at all times.
